Modern Slavery Statement

GBCORP's commitment to combating modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain.

Effective 1 June 2026 · Centrally managed across the GBCORP network

This Statement is made by GBCORP pursuant to section 54 of the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018, and reflects our worldwide commitment to combating modern slavery and human trafficking in all forms.

1) Our Commitment

GBCORP has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, child labour, debt bondage, servitude, and human trafficking. We expect the same standards from every person and organisation in our supply chain.

2) Our Business

GBCORP is a multi-vertical engineering and business group founded in 1998 and headquartered at One World Trade Center, Manhattan, New York. We operate across 17 countries and 4 continents under six pillars: AI & IT, Innovation, Sustainability, Infrastructure, Business Lounge, and EVs & Solutions. We employ engineers, designers, consultants, sales and support staff, and engage independent contractors in our operating jurisdictions.

3) Our Supply Chain

Our supply chain spans manufacturers of BIPV solar panels, energy-storage components, robotics, EV platforms, IT hardware, and professional services. We source from suppliers in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Oceania. Higher-risk categories (electronics assembly, raw-material extraction, construction labour) receive enhanced scrutiny.

4) Policies

This Statement is supported by the following policies, which apply to GBCORP staff and to anyone working in our supply chain:

5) Due Diligence

Our due-diligence approach includes:

  • Risk mapping — identifying supplier geographies and categories most exposed to modern-slavery risk
  • Self-assessment questionnaires — issued to all Tier-1 suppliers above a threshold annual spend
  • Audit programme — third-party social audits at higher-risk suppliers on a rotating basis
  • Contractual clauses — modern-slavery, child-labour, and audit-right clauses in all new supplier agreements
  • Remediation — when concerns are identified, we work with the supplier on a corrective-action plan before considering termination

6) Training & Awareness

All GBCORP staff in procurement, HR, and sustainability functions receive modern-slavery training at induction and on a biennial refresher. Awareness materials are made available to all staff worldwide.

7) Performance Indicators

We measure performance against modern-slavery risk through:

  • Percentage of Tier-1 suppliers completing the self-assessment questionnaire
  • Number and outcome of supplier social audits
  • Number of grievances raised through our Speak-Up channel and time to resolution
  • Training completion rates across relevant staff

8) Reporting Concerns

Anyone who suspects modern slavery or human-trafficking in connection with GBCORP or our supply chain should report it via:

9) Approval

This Statement was approved by the GBCORP Board on 1 June 2026 and applies to the financial year ending 31 December 2026. It will be reviewed and republished annually.
