Copyright & DMCA Policy
How GBCORP protects copyrighted material and how to report alleged infringement under the DMCA.
Effective 1 June 2026 · Centrally managed across the GBCORP network
GBCORP respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of gbcorp.org and every site in the GBCORP network to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how we protect copyrighted material and how to report alleged infringement under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international frameworks.
1) GBCORP-Owned Content
All content published on gbcorp.org and the GBCORP network — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, software, product designs, and the look and feel of the sites themselves — is the property of GBCORP or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
No part of the Site may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written permission of GBCORP, except as provided in our Terms of Use.
2) Third-Party Content
Where the Site displays content owned by third parties (including stock photography, partner logos, customer quotations, or guest contributions), such content is used with permission or under a recognised licence. The rights of the original owner are unaffected.
3) User-Submitted Content
When you submit content to the Site (comments, reviews, photographs, applications, or other materials), you grant GBCORP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Site and GBCORP's business. You retain ownership of your content and represent that you have the right to grant this licence.
4) DMCA Designated Agent
Notifications of claimed copyright infringement under the DMCA should be sent to GBCORP's Designated Agent:
- Name: GBCORP DMCA Agent
- Email: [email protected]
- Post: GBCORP — DMCA Agent, One World Trade Center, 285 Fulton Street, Manhattan, New York, USA
- Phone: +1 646 400 0143
5) DMCA Notice Requirements
A valid DMCA takedown notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information to locate it
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email)
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
6) Counter-Notification
If you believe material removed from the Site is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the location of your address
7) Repeat Infringer Policy
GBCORP will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
8) International Notices
For copyright concerns outside the United States, contact [email protected]. We respond to valid notices under the EU Copyright Directive (2019/790), the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, and equivalent frameworks in our other operating jurisdictions.
