Affiliate Programme Terms

These Affiliate Terms govern participation in the GBCORP Affiliate Programme ("Programme"), under which approved affiliates earn commissions for qualifying purchases made through their referral links across the GBCORP network.

1) Eligibility

You may apply to join the Programme if you:

• Are at least 18 years old and legally able to contract in your jurisdiction
• Operate a website, email list, social-media channel, or other promotional platform that complies with applicable advertising law
• Have not been previously removed from the Programme
• Are not a current GBCORP employee or immediate family of one (to avoid conflicts of interest)

2) Application and Approval

Apply through the affiliate signup form. GBCORP reviews each application and may approve or decline at its sole discretion. Approval is not automatic and does not create a binding obligation until GBCORP confirms in writing.

3) Commission Structure

Commission rates and qualifying products are published in the affiliate dashboard and may be updated from time to time with at least 14 days' notice. Default tiers (subject to change):

• Sustainability hardware (BIPV, solar glass, batteries) — 5% of net order value
• Robotics & AI products — 7% of net order value
• Business services packages — 10% of first invoice; recurring 3% for 12 months
• Education enrolments — flat rate per enrolment as published

Commissions are calculated on net order value (excluding taxes, shipping, gift cards, and any discounts).

4) Tracking and Attribution

Referrals are tracked via the affiliate's unique tracking link and a 30-day cookie window. The last-click model applies: if a buyer interacts with multiple affiliate links before purchase, the most recent link earns the commission. Direct sales channels, search-engine ads, and marketplace listings (Amazon, eBay, etc.) supersede affiliate attribution.

5) Payment Terms

• Minimum payout: US$100 equivalent
• Payment cycle: monthly, on the 15th of the following month, for commissions vested as of the last day of the preceding month
• Vesting period: commissions vest 30 days after order delivery to allow for returns and chargebacks
• Payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, or as agreed
• Currency: US dollars; conversion at GBCORP's then-current rate where required

Returned or refunded orders, fraudulent transactions, and chargebacks reduce or reverse the corresponding commission.

6) Prohibited Practices

Affiliates may not:

• Bid on GBCORP brand terms (or close variants) in search engines
• Use false, misleading, or deceptive marketing claims about GBCORP products
• Spam users, send unsolicited bulk emails, or operate any marketing channel that violates anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR)
• Self-refer or coordinate referrals among friends and family to inflate commissions
• Mask or cloak the affiliate URL to disguise the destination
• Use GBCORP logos or brand assets outside the rules of our Trademark Policy
• Promote GBCORP on sites containing illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited content

7) Tax Obligations

Affiliates are independent contractors and are responsible for their own income tax, VAT/GST, and other regulatory obligations. Where required by law, GBCORP will issue tax forms (e.g., US 1099 series) and may withhold tax on payments.

8) Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Programme at any time on written notice. GBCORP may suspend payouts and remove an affiliate immediately for breach of these Terms, prohibited practices, or unlawful conduct. Vested commissions earned in good faith before termination remain payable.

9) Confidentiality

Non-public information shared by GBCORP with affiliates (commission rates, product roadmaps, internal performance data) is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.

10) Disclaimers and Liability

The Programme is provided "as is". GBCORP makes no guarantee of minimum commission earnings or programme continuation. GBCORP's liability to any affiliate is limited to unpaid vested commissions earned in the 90 days preceding the claim.
