Refund & Returns Policy – GBCORP

This policy applies to purchases made through gbcorp.org or any online channel directing customers to our website, including listings discovered via Google Shopping.

1) Eligibility Window

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, customers may request a refund within:

  • Digital products / licenses / downloads: 7 days from purchase

  • Physical goods: 14 days from delivery

Requests outside these periods may be declined.


2) Digital Products & Software

Due to the nature of digital delivery, refunds are limited.

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The product has a verified technical defect, OR

  • The delivered item is materially different from its description.

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of usage

  • Compatibility with devices not listed in requirements

  • Customer misunderstanding of features

  • Discounted or promotional digital items

If a refund is issued, access and licenses are immediately terminated.


3) Physical Products (if applicable)

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

If the return is not due to our error or defect, return shipping costs may be deducted.


4) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.


5) Services, Installation & Custom Orders

Consulting, engineering, custom manufacturing, and personalized products are generally non-refundable once work has started or designs are approved.


6) How to Request a Refund

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Reason for request

  • Evidence (screenshots/photos if applicable)

Incomplete requests may delay processing.


7) Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Banks or gateways may take 5–15 business days to complete the return.

  • Transaction fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable where legally permitted.


8) Abuse Prevention

We monitor excessive or suspicious refund behavior and reserve the right to refuse service or future sales.


9) Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy overrides mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
